Included in the rate are: utilities, high-speed internet, satellite TV, bedlinen, towels, pool towels, heating, after-stay clean, weekly clean for stays over a week, phone card with 100 minutes of call-time.
Payment: 25% deposit, with the balance due up to 8 weeks prior to your stay.
Security deposit: there is a refundable security deposit of $600 against breakages or damage, which is returned after your stay. This goes up to $700 for 2 weeks, $800 for 3 weeks, etc.
Cancellation policy: we will return any money sent (minus bank charges) if we can find another booking for your dates.
